    Caniateir cŵn ar dennyn
  • We may have to refuse, or stagger entry should large visitor numbers compromise the measures put in place, or the official advice changes.
Efallai bydd raid gwrthod mynediad neu drefnu amser penodoI ı grwpiau mawr os yw’n bwgwth mesurau diogelwch, neu os bydd y cyngor swyddogol yn newid.
  • Keep an eye on our website and social media for any changes before coming to the castle.
Cadwch olwg ar ein gwefan am unrhyw newidiadau a chyhoeddiadau cyn ymweld â’r castell.
  • The estate, including the woodland, is not open beyond the assigned visitor route as we are participating in Track and Trace.
Nid yw’r goedwig a rhai rannau o’r ystad ar agor er mwyn ı ni gadw at y system ‘Track & Trace’.
  • Every visitor to the castle must be able to be traced in case of a COVID-19 outbreak. 🧑🏻‍⚕️👨🏽‍⚕️

Rhaid inni allu cysylltu â phob ymwelydd os oes achos o haint Cofid-19.

What is open?
Beth sydd ar agor?

  • We are conducting a phased, gradual, and controlled opening of the visitor route around the castle for reasons of visitor, volunteer and staff wellbeing.
Er mwyn llês ein ymwelwyr, gwirfoddolwyr a staff, rydym yn agor y castell a’r stâd yn ara deg a mewn camau.
  • The first phase will be a one-way route from the car park through the grounds, gardens and around the building exteriors.
Y cam gyntaf fydd llwybr un-ffordd o’r maes parcio, ı fyny at y gerddi ac o gwmpas tu allan i adeiladau’r castell.
  • Future phases seeing the reopening of the restored rooms and a relaxing of the route direction, as and when it is appropriate to do so.
Yn y dyfodol, pan ganiateir, byddem yn ail agor yr ystafelloedd sydd wedi gael eu hadnewyddu, a bydd mwy o ryddid ar y llwybrau.
  • The NEW route takes you through parts of the castle hitherto closed! 😍😍
Bydd y llwybr un-ffordd newydd yn mynd trwy rannau o’r castell sydd heb eu hagor ı’r cyhoedd tan rwan!

How do you pay?
Sut mae talu?

  • For the time being, only card payments will be taken at the Visitor Centre.
Ar hyn o bryd derbynir taliad â cherdyn yn unig.
  • Card payments enable us to track visitors should there be any reports of infection onsite via Track and Trace.
Golyga talu efo cerdyn ei bod hi’n bosib cysylltu â ymwelwyr os oes achos o’r haint trwy system Track & Trace.
  • Payments should be made before parking in the car park, with visitors on foot also paying at the visitor centre.
Pan yn cyraedd, unai mewn car neu ar droed, bydd rhaid talu yn y Ganolfan Ymwelwyr.
  • Season pass holders should show the pass through their car/Visitor Centre window. 😌😌
Gofynir ı aelodau Ymddiriedolaeth y Castell ddangos eu cerdyn aelodaeth ı’r Ganolfan ymwelwyr.

What about parking?
Beth am barcio?

  • The car park is open as usual to visitors of the Castle, but we ask that you keep an adequate space between cars when parking. 🚴🏿‍♀️🚗🚲
Mi fydd maes parcio’r castell ar agor fel arfer, ond mae gofyn ı chi adael digon o le rhwng pob car pan yn parcio.

What about hygiene measures?
Beth am fesurau hylendid?

  • By creating a one-way route and preventing entry to the castle rooms, we have greatly reduced the potential for contact or touch points. However, where this cannot be avoided e.g. on hand rails, we will routinely disinfect them.
Drwy greu llwybr un-ffordd a gwahardd mynediad i ystafelloedd y castell rydym wedi lleihau y
potensial i gysylltu a chyffwrdd. Er hynny ar lefydd megis canllawiau byddwn yn eu diheintio’n rheolaidd.
  • Don’t forget we only have portaloos on site, with no running water. However, we do have hand sanitiser inside, and we will be cleaning them routinely. Please take this into consideration when planning your visit. 🙌👏🏾
Cofiwch mai Cyfleusterau Portaloo sydd ar y safle, heb ddwr rhedegog, felly rhaid gwneud defnydd o’r glanweithydd dwylo. Ceisiwn eu glanhau yn aml. Os gwelwch yn dda, ceiswch ystyried hyn pan fyddwch yn ymweld.

What about social distancing?
Beth am ynysu?

  • We have created a one-way route around the grounds, gardens and building exteriors.
Rydym wedi creu llwybr un-ffordd o gwmpas y stad, gerddi a thu allan ı’r adeiladau.
  • This will be clearly signposted for ease of use and will mean adequate spacing between visitor groups who have traveled together.
Bydd arwyddion clir yn ei gwneud hi’n bosibl ı roi digon o le rhwng grwpiau sydd wedi dod gyda’ı gilydd.
  • We ask that you stick to the route and its direction, being mindful about how long you spend at each area and avoid ‘overtaking’, except in appropriately wide areas.
Gofynnwn yn garedig ichi gadw at y llwybr un-ffordd, gan ystyried faint o amser fyddwch chi’n treulio ymhob man, a pheidiwch a goddiweddyd mewn llefydd cyfyng.
  • Please do not approach staff or volunteers at work, unless absolutely necessary and only at a reasonable distance.
Peidiwch a tharfu ar staff neu wirfoddolwyr wrth eu gwaith, a chadwch ddigon o le rhyngoch.
  • Those bringing young children may need to be extra mindful of making sure they keep to the route. 💪💪
Ceisiwch ofalu bod plant ifanc yn cadw ar y llwybrau.

What do visitors need to do?
Beth sydd angen i ymwelwyr ei wneud?

  • If you have COVID-like symptoms, you must NOT visit.
Peidiwch ac ymweld os oes symptomau COVID arnoch.
  • You should follow the current local government advice on hygiene practices, use of sanitisers, face masks or coverings and gloves for your visit to the castle.
Dylech ddilyn cyngor y Llywodraeth leol am lendid, y defnydd o lanweithyddion, gorchudd wyneb a menyg wrth ymweld.
  • You should follow all the measures put in place for the protection of you and your family, other visitors and our staff and volunteers. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave site immediately.
Dylech ddilyn y mesurau sydd wedi eu gosod i gadw’ch hunain, eich teulu, ein staff a’n gwirfoddolwyr yn ddiogel. Os na wnewch hyn, gallwn ofyn ichi adael y safle ar unwaith.

Acquiring the Industry Standard mark “We’re Good To Go” means that the Trust has followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, has a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
Mae’r arwydd ‘We’re good to go’ yn golygu bod Ymddiriedolaeth Castell Gwrych wedi dilyn mesurau a cyngor Llywodraeth Cymru ynglŷn â Cofid-19, bod asesiad risg yn bodoli, a bod yno broses ı gadw glendid ac annog ynysu.

We hope you have a safe and special time returning to the castle. 🏰
Gobeithiwn y cewch amser diogel wrth i chwi ddychwelyd i’r castell.
